ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
A triathlon is a sport event which consists of the three disciplines of swimming, cycling and running. A triathlon is continuous and the clock starts as you begin the swim and stops as you finish the run. The time it takes you to change between each section is all added onto your time, so one of the most important skills is being able to change quickly between each section.
