By Rail - The twenty acre Sutton Park is situated half a mile from Lea Green station and some three-quarters of a mile from St Helens Junction station.
By Bus - Sutton Park is very well served by buses that stop on Marshalls Cross Road or Robins Lane. These are: 17, 17A, 17B, 33, 33A, 111, 137, 138, 141, 194, 195, 240, 339.
By Road - Postcode WA9 3TE.

There is very good access into Sutton Park at the junction of Marina Avenue and Robins Lane, where the glacier boulder and Friends of Sutton Park noticeboard are. There is also good access at the main 'gates' by the roundabout at the junction of Marshalls Cross Road and Robins Lane. The tree-lined paths around the perimeter of Sutton Park are wide and flat and wheelchair-friendly. The park is, however, renowned for flooding at times of heavy rain.
